The table " Aliante " reminds the tecnology of the old carpenter's bench where the surface is formed by the table-top itself and its legs are inclined by two metal frames.
Thanks to this sysem, the table is made steady by the weight itself and its tops held in the vices of its leg frames. Its legs, easily dismountable, can be recessed, or placed at the ends of the table-top.
The distinct separation of the carrying structure from the top easily allows to use quite different materials and finishings for the table-top.
