During its ten years' activity TARGA ITALIA has
developed a research centered on proposals of furnishings
and ambience
for living and working.
Its activity carefully considers the stimulus coming
from the design and art worlds as well as from the evolution
of living. Along this course we have used the production
mechanisms in a peculiar way : we started from our experience
as designers. A way of producing where the
search for rigour and quality does not refrain from
going along new routes, from looking for innovatory
technologies and materials.
The result aims at being a collection of straightforward
products having however an impressive image at the sametime.The
design vigour and the material vitality do not lose
theire appeal in the slowness of decisional and productive
processes, but give birth to a series of
products revealing the immediacy and freshness of the
original idea, of the early intuition, as well as the
power of spurring and anticipating conventional and
use solvings.
Designers such as Piero Esposito, Stefano Fera, David Gosker, Massimo Mariani, Telly Muraglia, Francesco Pascali, Peter van Lier and photographers such as Famiglia 38, Claudio Navone, Matteo Piazza, Giorgio Possenti, Francesca Sancassani, Miro Zagnoli, Gionata Xerra contributed and still do, to this work.
We have developed our work on the exposition and sale
manners, on a product mix, on initiatives complementary
to selling and synergic with the point of sale capacities
by taking into due account the themes and stimuluses
coming from distribution and thanks to a direct and
constant check made possible by the opening of Milan
showroom.
In our proposal this property and this work represent
a further added value, also under a planning a point
of view : we propose communication instruments, cultural
initiatives directed to the vitality of our point of
sale, manifestations and shows on subjects close to
the themes of
living.
